The hotel's location was central, in a rural area. It was also not far from trams, excellent restaurants and good quality cafes. Loved our rooms in a high level 1 bedroom.

Well, the area was disgusting overall.

Everything was very good, patient staff, great views of a sea view.

Reasonably large hotel with updated rooms and most importantly, welcoming staff. Great and brilliant location close to shops and eateries, fantastic facilities. Again, walking distance to a historic Victorian-era park.

It was very comfortable time in Melbourne. I enjoyed a living room, a kitchen area and a coffee table in the reasonably spacious and luxurious room. The location was marvellous, at a moderate distance from Chinatown.

Reasonably spacious room plus a living room, a kitchen, and a coffee table. Pleasant view of a sea view. The location magnificent and fantastic very close to the theatre. Nearby Punch Lane - great place to chill out.

Not very clean bathroom.

We were a big group of friends and loved the spacious apartments with amazing views. The staff at the reception were helpful and happy.

Felt almost like home, no complaints at all.

it is well priced. the rooms are luxurious and spotless and complete with a bath as well as a sunny balcony. excellent service, the breakfast was reasonable and they have private parking if needed.

The hotel was actually comfortable and conveniently located near restaurants, cafes and shops, the Princess Theatre and Carlton Gardens/Museum area in Melbourne, and many eating outlet. My compact room included exceptionally comfortable bed, a living room, netflix, and a couch.

It is a beautiful property located in Melbourne Central Business district so close to a garden and a main Railway station as well as the Theaters and the theatre district and cleaning-many areas where dust has been gathering for a length of time, splash marks. The staff are pleasant, managed the parking on-site.

It was surely a comfortable stay during our Melbourne visit. The hotel was fairly clean and the staff were pleasant and welcoming.

Overall it's pleasant hotel, nice value, and the facilities are amazing. Also, the location is great, minutes from a landscaped Victorian - era park.

The apartment was comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The central location provided easy access to transportation and plenty of food options around. We enjoyed the lovely balcony and separate bedroom, as well as the friendly staff at reception.

The rollaway bed for the third guest was uncomfortable and in poor condition. The balcony and ledges outside were not very clean, which affected our enjoyment of the outdoor space.
